Almost a Month To Domestic Flight Resumption.

From 25th May 2020 Domestic flights in India has resumed its operations. Initially flight frequency was lesser and only main airports / Hubs of the nation were addressed but slowly and gradually number of sectors and aircrafts has increased. Aviation ministry has taken all preventive measure to assure safe and healthy journey for their passengers. From Day One all prime carriers such as Air India, Vistara, Spice Jet, Indigo, Go Air and Air Asia India has started their operations. Cancellation and rebooking option are given by these airlines as per their respective norms. Some important changes such as Mandatory web check in, Self - baggage check in has been introduced by the airlines for utmost safety of the passengers. Social distancing is maintained on board as well. Inflight meals service is currently discontinued. Quarantine policies are instructed by Airport staff respectively on arrival. As per DCGA several passenger has travelled on these flights till date and many airports have followed all the safety and security measures. With resumption of domestic flight it is expected that international flight operation might resume soon depending on the response of aviation authorities from other countries.
